Lahore: Punjab Government has made B-form compulsory for HSSC Part-1 and Part-2 Exams 2012. Child Registration Certificate (CRC) B-form is made compulsory for students taking part in Intermediate Examination 2012 to run them in fair way. B-form can be received from any nearby NADRA office branch.

People are requested to take part side by side with Punjab Government to work for the best education for the students.
